What types of art do you offer?
At Hidden Door Gallery, we offer a carefully curated collection of original paintings, vintage prints, signed limited addition prints/paintings and unique artwork sourced from a variety of different places.
How is the artwork shipped?
We take impeccable care in packaging each piece to guarantee it arrives safely. For local deliveries, depending on the size and fragility of the artwork, some pieces will be personally delivered by our team. Shipping options also depend on location, most pieces can be expected within 3-5 business days.
Are the pieces authentic/ original?
While many of the pieces we showcase are originals, some are also high-quality prints or limited editions. We make sure to provide detailed information about each artwork in the product description, including whether it is an original piece, a reproduction, or a limited-edition print, along with information about the artist if possible.
Can I see the art in person before purchasing?
Currently, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront. However, we take great care in photographing our art to ensure that you can see as much detail as possible before making a purchase. If you need additional images or information, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition. If you are wanting to ship the art work back and exchange it for another piece, we are also happy to accommodate you. For more information, please review our return policy.
Do you accept submissions from artists?
We are always on the lookout for new and exciting art! If you’re an artist looking to have your work featured, or an enthusiast looking to re-home some art; please send us an email with images of your artwork and a brief description and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
